Hi nice video dear Addition of Besan to paratha was a very nice tip. However no need to store the roasted suji in the fridge. It stays well outside when roasted.

I ha quit onion garlic since 3 years now, they re one of the 5 negative pranic foods. For tears, just cut onion in half and pass it once under the tap thats it. No freeze no soak needed.
