The Whisperer works on his own passion projects which he farms so frivolously. Creating situations of human sacrifices which bring Azazoth closer to consiousness. The Blood and Insanity Nylarhotep uses that generated eldritch energy feeding it into his Father' s spazmodic mouth giving temporay Cohesion and Consiousess, to resist The Lull which maintains the concrete and abstract in all Existencies. If He Awakes. He will absorb both Yog-Sothot ( High Higher Ordered Self) and Nylarhoteph ( Lower Chaotic Self ) and become a complete being and a lone Self-Aware entity in The Void of pure non-existence.Until he tires of Conciousnees and falls back to slumber once again. Nightmaring All Existence into being once again. Caught in up it's Sleep Cycles of The Eternal Reocurrance.

I concur. Which is why Nylarhotep is my favourite. He was spawned of one of his Father's Babbling Innanities that slipped through the cords of The Lull which keeps him under. Nylar is a joyful farmer who's favourite field is human minds to toil and till. Sowing seeds of Crawling Chaos that feeds upon feeble sanities. He harvests those Crops made of Human consiousness, ripe for picking and tosses them playfully into Azazthoth's thrashing fitful Maw. So that may have a cohesive thought and awaken pushing through the influence of The Lull.

I concur on all accounts. I have always found a great overlap between him and Albert Camus maybe even Jean-Paul Satre. Though A.C. faced it with a kind of weary kind of humou and acceptance, the freedom to be found in it for those with the will to persue it. H.P. L. Was all about the Existential Dread. His creations are a great metaphor for " The Otherness" of the unknown beyond our ken and reach. How we should approach wiith considered caution and not blind ambition driven by our childish curiousity whatever we do. 5am thought -Can The Shoggoths be actual distant ancestors/ pro-genetators of Humanity ?
