I just saw an article about this. Of all the squads Canada has 24, France has 20 and Qatar has 18 players, who could have represented another country. Denmark has 7; 1 born in Spain, five with only one parent from another country, and they mention Schmeichel has a grandfather from Poland. Croatia has 6.

The only teams on this list who are better than denmark are Netherlands and Croatia, and because of the brackets, denmark still probably has a higher chance of making it to the final than both of them.

@@nunomota9565 to get to the final, Netherlands would have to face Argentina and Brazil. Croatia would have to beat Belgium to come 1st, otherwise they'd end up against Brazil. They'd also have to beat Spain or Germany, and then potentially Uruguay if they do come 1st. The hardest team Denmark will play against until at least the semi finals is France, and Denmark's already beaten them twice. In the semi final, who knows what team they could face, but unless it's Croatia, Denmark could probably beat them and get to the final. Plus, are you really going to tell me all 8 countries are better then Denmark? Especially the likes of South Korea, Senegal, Wales and USA?

@@darkothemapper1826 I think it depends though. The problem with those teams is that they're inconsistent, which makes them almost unpredictable. Belgium lost 4-1 to Netherlands, and then demolished Poland 6-1. Spain got beat 2-1 by Switzerland just to go and beat Portugal 1-0. Germany went from the high of steamrolling italy 5-2 to the low of losing 1-0 to Hungary. So I think Croatia could definitely make it to the semi finals after beatingthese teams. But it all depends on which versions of these teams we see play against them.

US fan here but I would not have included them on this list. Maybe at the next World Cup, when North America will be hosting and our current batch of talent is older and more experienced. I would have included Denmark. Very few countries have even the remotest chance to get a World Cup trophy. I am hoping to see a 9th winner in my lifetime. Each tournament, that is my rooting interest...let's see someone new! Although, I must say that I wouldn't mind seeing Messi win one...

@@boereherp8705 Denmark 100% has a better shot than both south korea and the US, since we are at the very least expected to get out of our group whilst south korea and the US aren't so sure, besides we have gotten 2 wins and a draw in the last 3 games against the reigning champions, we've played up against both Belgium and England. Not to mention the fact that we were minutes from getting it to a penalty shootout in the euros semifinal
