I didn't find it very posh as per price, may be location is very good. Living area is very cramped and a proper dull size TV and display unit can not be fitted with ease....bathrooms are not very posh and specious. Another very important aspect I have to mention that this flat lacks in storage space as well. In western countries, we usually have room sized closets ,wherein you can put all your stuff. This apartment looks like a designer apart, you go in with a suitcase and leave out with a suitcase. No space to keep your stuffs....Amazing idea...

For those who are going gaga about location, bro it's South Delhi, etc. The location is chattarpur. Not even chattarpur. 5 km away from chattarpur between Satbari and Chandan Hola Village. To put a perspective, the average price of a decent 3 BHK is 70-75 lakhs, 4 BHK is around 1-1.25 Crs half Km away in comparison to 5.5 Cr for 3 BHK & 8 Cr for 4 BHK. Some of the features are simply mind blowing but the price is truly exorbitant.

You can also get a good ventilation during morning n evening time in East and west facing apartment depends on where actually ur balcony or window is. But here I am talking about preference. We Indians are supersticious. Even today in 21st century, 90 out of 100 ppl dont prefer to buy South facing Apartment or house. If you discuss these things with your Parents or Grandparents, they will straight away say not to buy any South Facing Property..

Lol, it's the worst listing yet ! The original video had the cost as 10 Crores, now they have edited to 8 hahha. Chhatarpur is not much developed locality in South Delhi and this thing is simply not worth more than 4.5 Crores maximum, anyday. In 8 crores u can buy the real lavish 4 Bed appts in top areas in South Delhi like Green Park, Greater Kailash and Vasant Vihar. I would personally add 50 lacs more in those 8 Crores and buy the Presidential Villa in Sobha international City, Gurgaon. That is very beautiful and worth the money than this one.
