I just love the shape of that larger vase you started with and was lucky to find a couple of different sizes of the same shape in thrift stores so I can group them on the buffet in my dining room with combinations of succulents, flowers, and LED candles that are easy to change for seasons/holidays. Temu, by the way, has great faux plants for indoors or out. You just need to be careful of sizes in descriptions or ratings as some of their items are smaller than you might expect. They are improving on that, though after some "complaints".

Congratulations on your great nephew. Blessings to the new family. It is always hard to pick a favorite of your designs. I dont really care for succulents, but I can see using several of the initial concepts and finishing with my own spin. The first design with the black base I will probably put a candle in the smaller vase and a floating candle in the bigger vase for one inclusive decor set. Now I do, really like and see myself copying is the plate with the round wood pieces that you glued to the bottom of the plate, that turned out so shiek. The tea candle/votive holder sitting down in the larger vase is so classy, exquisite, beautiful... Thank you for sharing this tutorial. 🙏 🥰
