Wow, I never thought of these knife sharpening techniques! Call me old school, but I prefer devices called "knife sharpeners" when it comes to sharpening knives. Instead of stroking them against rolled down car windows out in the elements.

You could just use wet stones and practice how to properly sharpen a knife and a steel to keep the blade aligned in between sharpening

looks like sandpaper is just MAKING SCRATCH MARKS ON THE KNIFES BLADE👎🏼.🤔surely there must be a better way to sharpen a blunt knife without the knife getting scratched💁🏻‍♀️
