Her bow stances are so low, structured and strong, she definitely has a good root on the ground. I have been practicing this form for 5 months now, and I am still finding that the more I look at these demonstrations, the more I discover. I discovered a lot watching this demonstration. Miss Li, watching your form in this video taught me a lot, THANK YOU!

Hi! I just started to learn tai chi 2 days ago (i only know the first 3 forms for now). Grasping the sparrow's tail seems the most complicated one, am i right?

Yes, grasp the birds tail is probably the hardest move to get right.

Bouncing up and down, rolling knees, knees beyond toes in gong bu, double weighted postures, hands moving without the waist driving them, superfluous movements. It looks nice though and the flow was good.
