冠军你好 你这个以手带腰的太极是啥。j一个搂膝拗步打出去就是用手在推。 没有捧劲也没有挤劲。 云手。你的手和脚 肘和膝都没合上。 肌肉练的真好很稳当 真的就是太极舞。。。 希望在打品牌前能好好学学。哪个中国武术不会用腰劲。。
