It's Me Taylor Lee it’s just that alternative people are being bullied, people easily talk shit behind them but when someone “famous” is wearing some things that alternative people would wear it’s becoming a fashion trend and then everybody loves it. This girl is maybe not looking after a celebrity, maybe she dyed her hair since 2011 like me you know. It’s like this septum piercing trend we have since 2016. I only answered that about my experience and what I went through. I am sick of people talking shit about me and some years later saying that looks dope because their fav singer or celebrity or whatever is wearing that. Also sorry English is not my language, so “invented” wasn’t very appropriate maybe but a lot of people are still agreeing with me you can see :/ Don’t be agressive to me if you don’t know the story behind. It’s not a question about being old or whatever, it’s about people being free and whatever they want to be and they don’t always copy someone.. they sometimes just are unique .. like we all should be ^^.

These teens usually think that this is "grunge", but no offense, if you actually *live* in the 90's, real grunge people normally could care less about how they look, they were more into raves and stuff to care about how their appearance. They just slap on some dark makeup, get dressed and that's it.

As an ancient 30 year old, I agree. The hairstyles are super cute and there are definitely 90's elements, but I wouldn't call them grunge. Her hair is too clean. 😂😂😂. I'm also a little sad there was no grunge music playing in the background.

wave check I know that these actual grunge people are getting all butthurt, but imagine actually being part of the subculture and taking it seriously for the music and then these teens make it into an aesthetic, honestly any tumblr teens make *anything* into an aesthetic such as mental illnesses, self harm, death, and pedophilia (which is definitely much worse than grunge), but what I'm trying to get here is that, don't call yourself "grunge" unless you AT LEAST have a background of it, some others may call you a "poser" and such, and this is just a warning and stuff... cause actual grunge people get quite aggressive with these stuff.

I used to braid the front two pieces of my hair constantly when I was a grunge teen in the 90s. 💕 These were pretty accurate grunge/alternative imo. But really I think most of us just wore it down most of the time. Often dyed funky colours.
