Two brothers, East and West, have come to Hong Kong from Vietnam separately. One becomes top detective, and the other turns out to be the most villainous gangster. The case where two wealthy brothers plan to take possession of each other's inherited riches pulls East and West together again. East chooses to uphold justice, but he wants to save his brother too. He decides to risk his life and intrudes the gangsters' hideout...
