she loves the dry kibble and pate style cat food, i only give fancy feast when she goes off of her science diet, it's not every day as it's junk food for cats, like giving a kid a happy meal, i've ytied raw mince for cats and my cat just won't eat it.

Any sharp thing chewed on can injure a cat and kill it from infection. Most cats are not fishing adapted, they are majority desert, savannah and forest adapted. Jungle cats eat fish naturally or maybe a rare kind but it's endangered so not gonna talk about it.

The problem is that she fed them BONES really, rather than just plain fish. If she actually fed them raw fish, it wouldn't be a problem because cats are hunters by nature. Even though they have been domesticated, they've eaten raw fish with no complaints/super danger for 10,000 years now. I mean really, "fishbones are dangerous", it's not like they have been able to fillet the fish first and cooked it in a frying pan.

Bones can be dangerous............. when cooked. TBH I think when feeding a cat or dog meat with bones, go for raw as it is apparently safer. Bones when cooked can become brittle and splinter into sharp pieces and injure the animal (and I only say this because it looks like they were fed dinner scraps, but I'm not too sure). But in any case any creature can choke (on the appropriate food or not) so what one gives an animal depends on their eating habits and the persons's level or responsibility. If one has or knows an individual that practically inhales their food, probably not a good idea to give them meat with smaller bones (or give them a slow-feed bowl with the appropriate prepared food.).

+Kiquid The kid squid Raw diet is better depending on how the fish was stored. If it was fresh, fine, frozen for a week, fine, frozen for like a day, not ok because the parasites aren't dead. Leftovers from lunch can have seasonings on them that are toxic to cats, and cats are not trash bins. Cooked bones become brittle and can get stuck on the way down. (No offense)
