Ħ is used in Maltese Ǝ is part of the Pan-Nigerian alphabet, used by a litany of minority languages. It’s the uppercase form of ǝ, which is kind of also present in Azerbaijani, but its uppercase form in that language is Ə, so it’s considered a distinct letter Ƨ was part of the Zhuang alphabet before it got reformed to get rid of its unique letters. It used ‘letterified’ numerals to represent tones - Ƨƨ was followed by Зз, Чч, Ƽƽ and Ƅƅ (and yes, those are the Cyrillic ze and che being repurposed as numeral-letters. Zhuang was wack) ʁ is the voiced uvular fricative in the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) ʬ is used to transcribe lip smacking noises in the Extensions to the International Phonetic Alphabet for Disordered Speech (extIPA). Yes, this is a real thing Ꝅ is a mediæval abbreviation that was usually shorthand for the Latin word karta, meaning document Ꝇ was an alternate form of LL in Old Norse. Ħħ is used in maltese, and to transliterate other semitic languages. it represents a voiceless pharyngeal fricative. Ǝə is used in the pan-nigerian alphabet and the african reference alphabet to write a mid-central vowel, like the a in comma. the alternate form Əə is used in many other languages. Ƨƨ was used with several other tone letters to write the zhuang language, until a different alphabet for the language was created. ʁ is used in the international phonetic alphabet to denote a voiced uvular fricative, but i've never seen a capital version. ʬ is used in the extipa (extended international phonetic alphabet) to represent smacking the lips together. does it even count as a letter? Ꝅꝅ is really unsettling. apparently it was used as a medieval abbreviation, but it frightens me to look at. Ꝇꝇ, another abomination, was used in a few medieval nordic manuscripts. buckle up, because we're not to the worst yet. Ꝍꝍ: i can't even find a source for what this is, but it looks like it's from the evil twin of vietnamese. i fear i've awakened a malignant god by pasting this character in.

H with stroke is a letter used in Maltese, a language derived from Arabic on the islands of Malta. Turned E is used in the Pan-Nigerian Alphabet, which is self-explanatory. the Reverse S was used to represent a falling tone in Zhuang, a language related to Thai in southern China. i couldnt find the inverted R character, but a smaller version is used in the International Phonetic Alphabet for the r sound in French and German. the stacked w represents lip smacking in the extensions to the IPA. the K with two strokes was a medieval shorthand for karta, meaning "a document." it and similar things were used to save paper. the broken L is a ligature for two L's, used in some norse texts. O with loop is a form of œ, used in some norse texts.
