My 8 month old checks all the boxes , she has been trying to stand since she was 6 months . Likes to laugh and smiles when I smile , very active . Thanks for the video

Wow 😮 only 12 weeks of leave for new mothers . That’s disgusting. Sweden is two years , England is 1 year.

Even sadder, it’s often unpaid leave. I had to go back 8 weeks after my C-section. I didn’t even qualify for FMLA.

@@kattheshrink wow!! I would have had to go back 3 months after C-section but fortunately I had 4 months vacation leave. I would not have been able to cope after 3 months and my doctor was prepared to t write for medical leave. Hope you are ok.

My job only covered half of my days for FMLA . And only half pay at that. I was so heartbroken but God is good. My baby boy is 8 months and healthy.

Thanks! My LO is 8m and does most these things, except she doesn't pull to stand yet, and she army crawls instead of in all fours. Is there a way to get her to start crawling "normally"? I honestly wouldn't care that much if it wasn't for the fact that she gets SOOO DIRTY by crawling in her belly🤣🤣

What if my little one just eats all those toys that you LO is playing with and if not she gets so aggressive that will throw stuff around and get mad

My son won't even try to crawl yet. He is 8 months old and just rolls. He gets so frustrated on his tummy. My son did the stranger danger thing from 4 months and still does. He just still won't attempt crawling. He gets mad when I try to help him too 😭

Rolling in order to get from A to B is also a totally acceptable form of crawling, have heard other occupational therapists saying that! Bottom line here is that he's grasping the concept of changing places on purpose and works towards that goal.

@@Lilaliba88 He's 11 1/2 months old now and army crawls and gets on his hands and knees and rocks but still hasn't started crawling. He can stand for a minute when he's supported but i have to hold on to him. He hasn't started trying to pull himself up yet but can sit unsupported.

My baby is not interested in being mobile yet, she's sitting unassisted, but that's about it. She rolls over tummy to back and visa versa, should I be concerned?

Did your baby start moving? My 8 month old is the same, sits unassisted but has no interest in moving. If I lay her down she just lays there, can roll both directions but doesn’t like toy. Nothing motivates her to move.

My baby boy will be 8 months next week so this is right on time :) he screams a lot now, loud wails. Please tell me that’s normal and please tell me it will end some day 🙉
