Wow, I've been playing for years, and there were even things I didn't know in there. That Obtained option I didn't know existed. Whenever I have it happen that I miss runes, I just sorted by power up and go to the bottom as all of my runes are powered up when I get them if I keep them. This is a GREAT video, thank you!

Somehow played for almost 3 years and never knew about tip #1! It was always a pain going through each rune type for the dungeon I dc/ed in and find what isnt powered up and new.

Quick addition to the tips: there’s a repurchase option by tapping the “bag” button in rune and artifact management . So buy those accidentally sells back at no additional cost

Real talk I think this is the most helpful rune video you've ever made.

This will definitely help me because I have a hard time getting rid of runes!

Another tip I have been following: You can extend the rune storage by equipping runes you don't want to sell on any monster, (lock it to quickly remember he's runed) and toss it in storage. That can help keep some runes you're reluctant on selling and relieve some storage for farming. I have total ~2.5k runes b/c of this strategy, and can't count the times I've used runes that I stored this way, sometimes some very specific rune to speed tune, to get to 100% crit, to get to 100% res etc.

This helped me out a lot since I'm mid game and don't farm as much because I keep taking hiatuses from SW thanks Bagel!!

Dope. Some of those I figured out on my own but there were some gems in there. 🙌🏽

Another thing: how much speed you’ll want in those runes depends on where you are in the game. For my F2 alt, I look for at least 15, but a bit lower on some slots for some runes (where I haven’t gotten a lot of speed), and higher for others. Obviously, if I put in the elbow grease, those numbers would be higher. A blue rune’s max speed is 18 (except for a slot 2 speed rune). For Swift, I toss blue runes on 1-3-5 for my main. Gotta make room for better runes. OTOH, if you have a great attack rune in some weird set with no speed, you can always toss it on Gildong or Kahn for world boss.

Bagel, I'd love to have this same video, but for Epic seven. Since their efficiency goes over 100% things might change a little bit and I'd love to have a video that can basically help me understand better when to keep a piece of equiment and when to sell it. Hey Jew Bagel, Im pretty good at understanding runes and what not but one thing I struggle with is balancing attack units and their resilience. Such as right now for example I am building Dragonuv. His attack and Crit stats are good, I still have to grind some speed but one thing that I don't like is his HP and Def. So how do you make sure attack units so get one shot while also making them have a sufficient amount of attacker stats?

The type of rune at 1:02 is what helped me for my first nb10/nb11 team (with twins). You need very low speed (+30 minimum for the slowest unit on your team) so it's incredibly easy to rune an nb11 team compared to giant and dragon. An other tip for early game players running b11 dungeon : keep your 6* in slot 2/4/6 with def% main stat, and def+ in sub. You keep them for tricaru. Later on you farm raid b4 for the grinds and you have a tricaru. Also verdehile need big damage (especialy early game when you have no tower max) but doesn't care about speed, like the rune at 1:02. He also needs a little bit of hp to tank a hit from the boss, so this will rune is a great example.

About tip n6: endure are used, sometimes is maybe better having a vio-endure mob with 100 resi, than a vio-will with 70 resi. For the rest really helpful

Quick something to add for flat 2/4/6: you can still keep them for World Boss if they have 4 grindable stats (HP (+/%), Def (+/%), Atk (+/%), and spd). You obviously shouldn't use good grinds/gems on them, but if they are grinded at all they improve your score for World Boss.

Also, sort by sub stat. Then select speed. Then go slot by slot and sell your slowest ones (below 10 speed unless it’s an ignore defense nuker rune). Keep those vio swift will legends for re apps!

The subject of runes is the one thing that is really bugging me a lot. I have played Summoners war on and off over the years and am currently trying to pick it up again but runes has been a sore spot for me. When i try to find information about this i always feel people skip over certain things because they are "commen knowledge" or something but it is the exact thing i have questions about. I will use this video as an example because for the first time it seems to touch on some of those spots but then pass over it fast with out the one important question of WHY. (for background . i have a GB10+ group and working on other dungeons still) during tip 4 with the whole "old runes have lower stats" section. How do you know? what is the max that can be rolled and how can i quickly see a stat is low compared to what it can be? Also during the whole "judging a rune section" . HOW do you judge that? no one really goes in on how or why a rune is good. there has to be some general rules right? from this vid i understand (and somewhat knew) that speed is king. so i am guessing everything that does NOT have speed is bad immidiatly? is this a correct assumption? also do you always want % stats over flat stats? i get that is the case for the 2,4,6 slots as per this video but for sub stats? pretty much all the time i see someone who is supposedly good at the game see a rune they look at it for 1 second. either say "bad" and toss it. or "oeh this is good" and click it away but no one ever seems to take the time to explain to new people on WHY a rune is bad or good. what are the things to look for and why. speed is good i know now but i dont know WHY it is good etc etc. i was kinda hoping this vid would go into those things as well.
