I have been whiskey sober for 17 days and wanted to do a video when I am fresh in my senses and am missing something about whiskeys I love. So I decided to do this today. It took some doing, some recording, some peace of mind but it's out there. I am glad I got this done in 2-3 hours.

Few months ago, You recommended Ardbeg 5 and Ardbeg 10 instead of buying Glenfiddich 18, and man, I bought all three, and they were all amazing. I trust your recommendations blindly!

@@KanwarAnand A few months ago, I already had it with my dad. I believe JW 18 isn't as good because you previously recommended that I avoid purchasing JW 18 and instead opt for Ardbeg 5, 10, and Glenfiddich 18. I will send ss of your recommendation in your telegram account.

Best whiskey is the list which I have tried is Ardbeg , both 10 & 5 are awesome…after drinking these can’t switch to any other brand

Except few people who are used to having it on the rocks/neat or some uncles,Kanwar Badshah suggests the best whiskeys because they gel well in ice&water,if it passes the ice&water test whiskey is the one to buy. Another name for this channel could've been Ice&Water😅

Hah interesting list dude, I agree with all your 'try' s. If you want a more hefty Glenfiddich 15, try the distiller's edition of you can at 51%abv and non chill filtered. On your 'avoid' list I was not surprised to see the Classic Laddie as it is a divisive malt but I do really like it. Paul John Bold and Old Pulteney 12 are decent whiskies in my opinion, nothing to shout about but good. Cheers Kanwar!

I agree with both the list as i hv tried almost all of them. But for paul john hv diff opinion, paul john brilliance is one of the best so far..for me..try it once

Ardbeg 10 is around Rs 6000 or 6500 in Gurgaon itself. Ardbeg Wee Bestie 5 might be around 5k or so. The best from the Ardbeg range are definitely Ardbeg Corryvrekan and the Ardbeg Uigeadail For people who like Ham/Pork especially roasted ribs - The Ardbeg 10 will definitely remind you of that. The smoke isn't as medicinal and Iodine like as is the case with Laphraoig 10 but is more leathery. Bruichladdiich is interesting. I would prefer going for the Port Charlotte variant from the same distillery. Last but NOT the least, i really appreaciate you being honest with Indian whiskeys. I won't appreciate a whiskey just because it's Indian. Paul John Olroso is decent and so is maybe one variant of Amrut. But the rest are quite average - Godawan, Rampur etc.

I can swear I saw it for 4800-5000 in December at Liquor Warehouse so please try for Ardbeg 10 there. I only saw the 5 and the 10 there, there was no UIGIDAIL (possibly the best of the lot) The 10 does have gourmanish appeal and hues of smoke without in your face peat.

It's a really really really young whiskey. The only prominent smell on the nose is that of citrus and tooo fruity. Awful whiskey. But it's for complete and absolute beginners.

Indians haven't discovered the world of bourbons yet and tbh there aren't many choices beyond Jim beam and Woodford reserve here
