I wish I knew that culture shock can be a real thing!... hahaha. And also; that not everybody’s going to be your friend and that’s ok.

I love you guys and I'm really grateful for your videos as I look for a host family, but you should maybe try to lower the volume of the background music when you speak ^^'

@@aupairohparis6083 Edwina tends to speak a little louder than Hanna, so it's not as obvious when she's the one speaking, but for non-native English speakers and people who like to keep the volume low it would be helpful! You're very welcome! ^^

I am going to be an AuPair in Berlin starting this summer. Could you talk more about your experience there and how that city compares to Paris? (nightlife, money, friends, language use, etc....)

@@fatisummer9106 yeah I did & I live in Austria now. Yeah you have to be 26 or under but you could also get a seasonal nanny job but that requires more paperwork and a different visa.

I'm a bit late so this probably won't be seen but I'm thinking of becoming an au pair, but I've got anxiety and social anxiety and I've never left my country before so I'm really terrified and kinda thinking of not doing it, is it worth it?
