I've done that with normal bottled water. Just leave it untouched for about 2-3 hours in the freezer (depends on your freezer power) then slowly take it out , then pour this water on ice and you get instant ice or hit it and the whole bottle freezes. Easiest and coolest trick ever.

However, water will constantly cool the balloon transferring thermal energy from the bottom to the top, and cooler water going to the bottom. #5 Optics: The refraction medium causes the waves to follow the path of water, the ray must hit the surface that is not greater than the critical angle.. #6 Chemistry: Quinine which is a chemical component of tonic water will exhibit fluorescence in the presence of ultraviolet radiation. #7 Physics: By changing the orientation of the water bottle, you change the force of buoyancy, the force of gravity is still acting upon the bottle (causing the "anti-gravity" effect) #8 Physics: This is the phenomena of supercooling, taking a liquid below its freezing point without forming a crystal or solid. Pure water is needed because impurities will become zones for crystallization. Banging the substance gives a chance for a crystal to form in the water and the process of solidification will begin. Pouring the water on the ice will continue the solidification process upon the ice crystal creating more ordered bonds.

It should be noted you do not necessarily need to BANG the water. You can also agitate the water with a stirring rod, and it should provide the desired effect.

They called it anti-gravity because the water isn't flowing out of the screen I believe. The toothpicks are just to show you that the water is in fact not completely being held in by anything.

Just put a water bottle in the freezer (My freezer is at 0 degrees F) for about 40 minutes. Take it out, and open the water, or smack it like in the video. If it doesn't turn into a slushy, just put it in there for about 2 or 3 more minutes. Remember: Celsius is different than fahrenheit, if you measure temperature in Celsius.

well i have a small mini fridge, so i had to leave my water bottle in it for a day for it to get to that temperature, but if its a big one, i would check on it after like an hour, depending on how cold your freezer gets
