I have never seen one made like this before and at 8 x 8 it is a brilliant size. Must give this one a go. I love it.

Thank you Angela. Try it on some 'scrap' paper first. Thats what i did. It just gives you a feel for it and then when you use your better paper :-), you no what to expect. Have fun xx

This is absolutely THE BEST paper shadow box frame on KZfaq! I made this size which is around half inch deep. Now my challenge is to make a deeper 8x8 to accommodate layered light box. Wonderful design. Thank you.

Wow. As soon as I saw the butterfly embellishment I zoomed over to Ali and bought one. That is so pretty. Also very beautiful for tags on gift bags. Thank you for sharing your shadow box is gorgeous.

Ann, this is truly gorgeous. I used to make tiny ones years ago with the a card front. I so wish it had dawned on me to make a larger one. This is just a stunning gift for friends or loved ones. I will definitely be following your tutorial to make some.

Omg! I can't wait for my butterfly die to arrive!! This is a lovely project. This die reminds me of when we first met on here, it was the guilded butterfly card! Do you remember!
