बहोत बहोत बढिया ओर परफेक्ट जानकारी .. एक बात जो इस विडियो में छूट गई , अगर वो पूरी बताई जाए तो एक वीडियो बन जायेगी। बस आप एक और काम कर लीजिए रात को सोते वक्त सिर्फ दो बूंद शुद्ध अरंडी तेल अपनी नाभि में डाल कर ऊपर से कॉटन रखकर किसी टेप से चिपका ले ताकि कपड़े खराब ना हो इसके बेहिसाब फायदे है ।
