Does Aldis and other supermarkets take EBT!? Ive been homeless for 2 years and have been out of loop of grocery shopping that I almost forgot 😭 4200 Calories 210 Fat 420 carbs 210 protein a day Is this a good macros or is it just me trying to convince myself that 420 is the answer to bulking!? As far as dairy is concerned, healthwise full fat ones are better than low and non-fat. I am not suggesting eating a whole block of cheese; rather opt for full fat Greek yoghurt, skyr or cottage cheese compared to the non-fat and not just for digestion issues. As for vegetables, anything cruciferous and leafy I approve. Autumn is ending and winter's about to begin, so it's time for lettuce and cruciferous for me; I stick to seasonal stuff when it comes to vegetables and fruit.
