Yes, please more of this! The tip of the early chest opening causing the counter rotation was really helpful! About the part with pivoting with both feet. Is it still the same for spins greater than 1s, despite the center of gravity on backfoot? (Bs3 are coming off front foot than centered somehow). This series is so good!

Fugh!! That was such a great break down! I’m having that same issue with my 180’s, especially back 1’s. I didn’t even think that when I close my shoulders/chest too early that it would cause a disconnection and force me to use my arms more. If I had a buddy to film me, these video analysis would be awesome!
