An absolute stunning motor car that is 100% original and ranks in at, quite likely, the best original example in the world today.

Its Criminal that a car like that was only driven 25 thousand miles and shut in a garage for 40 years. I owned a 1973 Rolls in 1995.. Old and Tired (the car..not me) I parted with it for peanuts due to having children. I have regretted selling it ever since. But grateful i was lucky enough to have at least owned one...if only for a brief year... This Car...is Beautiful.. Hope it fetched the right price, and went to a good owner..

Superb! Sadly its an american version with the nonsense sidemarkers. But, what is the difference between a silver shadow and a wraith? The longer wheel base?

I would not consider the side markers as an American thing because for the Shadow II series all 1977 cars, no matter what market they were in, had these fitted. Only in 78 did they remove them for ROW cars. The Wraith II is the long wheel base version of the Shadow II; 4” longer in the rear compartment.

Very low mileage is not good on these cars that are over 40 years old now. They are engineered to be driven regularly & not sitting idle collecting dust in a museum. The low mileage is a red flag to those familiar with the mark & the beginning of a nightmare of very expensive issues that crop up as a result of not being driven. Don’t let the pristine exterior seduce you to the mechanical gremlins that lie hidden underneath!

Low mileage on a Silver Shadow will NOT damage anything. What is does mean, all major and minor services must be done and there would be many things to attend to. The good thing about a hand-built motor car is EVERYTHING is serviceable. Every single car sold by Park-Ward Motors undergoes a process at time of sale called “Predelivery Commissioning” which covers everything mechanical and operational (windows, seats, climate control) and this Wraith II was no exception. She went on to her next owner providing a lifetime of driving enjoyment.
