I learnt some new things thanks to your tips, even though I also have 5K hours in Ark. I started playing June 2015, but took extended breaks from the game over the years and I only ever play PVE.

I'm glad you got some value out of it! I've taken a good bit of breaks too & staying away from PvP (at least official PvP) is a good idea. Official PvP is full of cheaters. Thanks for commenting my man!💪

I used to main pvp, until it slowly consumed all of my free time and started to effect me having a life. I ended up talking a year long break, and decided if I play, I need to play pve in order to have a life and a successful game experience.

@@SagaciousDjinn The interesting thing for me in my case is, when Ark first launched in June of 2015, two of my mates and I first played on a PVP unofficial (local to our country) server with vanilla rates. So we experienced the fun of PVP in the early days and it was a different dynamic. But yes playing 8 hours a day for 9 months straights caught up with us and then we took a break and moved over to PVE for good. Ark 2015 was a way different game. I miss that version a lot in many ways, a much simpler time and game.

@@OrbanjoGaming That's the one thing bringing down many multiplayer games for me - the cheating. I loved PUBG when it first launched and then eventually the cheaters arrived and I obviously didn't want to play anymore.

i think if you were to cryo a dino during a 2x event, etc. that it will multiply xp gained when thrown back out even after event, but might need to confirm this.

You mentioned the Jerboa was capable of spotting 150+ tames, but I could find no information on this. Could you possibly have been thinking of light pets which can detect max tames and enemy players? Thanks in advance.

minning drill does not work underwater atleast not on official servers just tested the second you go in water it gets removed from your hand pc anyways

On official servers, there's a 15min global timer on any new items in your inventory. Once the item has been in your inventory for 15min, it's okay to transfer.
