@@ConnorRichardson-ce6gwFirst of all, how do you think that much blood would be pouring out of the moose if that was a poorly placed shot? Second, a follow up shot to a already dead moose, one of the most humane ways to kill it. If anything, they are trying to help it die faster and reduce any pain it might feel, which I doubt is much if you look at the moose's response to the shot. Also, after looking through some of the comments, the placement of the heart in moose is abnormally low compared to that of your typical deer, hence why those shots are seemingly so ethically placed making for a quick kill. ?? Smoked him? That 2nd shot is sticking out of his freaking leg, wtf "smoked him".

It was for sure vitals, you clearly have never hunted a day in your life lol
@ambiguity2210 ай бұрын
@lanehaley6882 it's sticking out of the shoulder, it's very obviously a shoulder shot. You think people can't hit the pause button and see it? It's clear as day. 🤣
@lanehaley688210 ай бұрын
It was below the shoulder lmao, you think all the vitals are behind the leg? Because that would be wrong

@lanehaley6882 Whatever you say, smokey. KZfaq won't allow links or I'd post the screen grab. Your not fooling anyone but yourself there Robin Hood.

@ambiguity22 The first shot is clearly right in the heart. The second shot was just for backup, but it's still a lethal shot barely through the shoulder right through the lungs 🫁.

I love hunting but one thing I cannot stand are bow hunters, it's comical and lacks so much in elegance, truly something you will only find in places such as the USA

I bow hunt and I can tell you right now, not one of us bow hunters cares about what you think about bow hunting. We’re still going to bow hunt. You will get over it.

What ignorant comments. Thats a DEAD moose on the first shot , but a hunter with RESPECT to his animal , giving it a second to put it down quicker.

Something that big You need a bigger bullet You need a bigger projectile than an arrow what a way to have it die is bleed out like that I think shooting it with a 700 nitro would put them down. Possibly at 338l

As the moose turns, it becomes obvious the second arrow caught the meat at the edge of the shoulder and potentially the bone edge. That second arrow didn’t penetrate like the first, it wasn’t necessary.

Wow. A lot of clueless dingbats in here. So many didn't even realize the moose was already hit and POURING blood. So many have absolutely no idea about moose anatomy. If that guy lasted more than 5 minutes I'd be amazed. Both shots were excellent. Also moose was already dead meat from the first shot. How is a second shot from any distance unethical?? 🙄 oh well. Those of us who know, know. Forget the idiots who THINK they know. Enjoy that fantastic meat! 👍👍

Man, I'm not a vegan by any means, but I have the upmost respect for animals and always feel a bit sad about killing such gorgeous creatures. Even fish. I totally understand that hunting is very sustainable and healthy, but it's not for everyone.
