I noticed you didn't show how to set the belt deflection and you can definitely tell that's an 08 because they used that stupid fucking puck on the secondary to adjust it which that sled looked like it has thankfully they used it for the first year XPs . I had an 08 as well but when I bought it from the dealer it had the 09 - I believe 11 style deflection adjuster where you back the 2 nuts off on each set screw then turn them in or out whichever the case may be with an allen key then tighten the nuts back up they eventually went to an even different style of adjuster from 2012 on up and now I'm not sure what they use on the secondary for deflection adjustment? I had the 800r myself and I had fairly good luck with mine but I was really surprised how easy those XP Chassis were to work on once I figured out how everything came apart. I really do miss my sled she's still around but my buddy owns her now. Anyway man great video you really seem to know your stuff keep up the great work!!

Your on point about bleeding the coolant , now I also would take spark plugs out and rotate the engine a few times and that'll help with any air in the water pump

Another awesome build and I'm just installing 2 new Pro X dual ring pistons in my 2010 summit? Quick question on the oil pump and leaks around it? Would you rebuild it and install a new spring or do you think it's the worm gear and internal?
