So many home users jumping on the wagon not realizing that 90% of the devices in the home don't support the benefits of AX and are not going to. IOT devices being a good example. Not to mention they don't really get any advantages out of 1024 QAM or OFDMA in that normal home environment. Years from now, sure, but people are still going to have that same old IOT device for years.

15:32, In your explanation of MU-MIMO + OFDMA. Having wider RU for far away clients will reduce the range of the clients (decrease in SNR , noise increases over BW). Closer clients should be given larger RU's so that they can handle higher capacity.

Actually, SNR remains constant for across RU size. The receiver must still listen over the entire channel width, so there is no SNR gain with smaller RUs.

Thanks for the presentation, some inconsistencies I would like to point out: time 21:26: You have mentioned 106 RU . A RU is 2 MHz, then your total BW is 212MHz. I think what you meant was 106 tones.
