Right around 16:20 a comparison of OFDM and OFDMA is made, but prior only OFDMA was mentioned and defined. What is the difference here? is it a bit like CSMA vs CSMA-CD ?

When is a vendor going to release a point to multi-point outdoor device that uses carrier aggregation, to aggregate the two RF (2.4 and 5.8ghz) streams into one data stream? Similar to how carrier aggregation in LTE-Advanced works: www.radio-electronics.com/info/cellulartelecomms/lte-long-term-evolution/4g-lte-advanced-carrier-channel-aggregation.php
