Well up until like the middle to late 90s the style of the 80s going into early mid nineties stayed very similar in both fashion and the music scene. Only towards the end of the 90s like 97,98,99 did we get the more rave house techno sound landing on the mainstream. Just look at celebrity red carpet and tv show looks from the time of 95-99 and you’ll see the semi drastic change first hand. Plus at the time the original song was commissioned for production the older 90s style song rhythm was probably still in vogue before it was green lit and put in the show itself. So if the last season came out in 96 the song was probably in the works since mid 95.

​@@gayshipper1016 if it would be Netflix (Germany), Amazon, Crunchyroll or even (less likely) Disney+ not really. For one we share the costs in the family/household and even then you would only need to book for one month to view
