@@neymarmateo1630 big duh boyo. the two versions of this song were intended to make u feel very different things. this version has this melancholy but epic mad max 80s look to it, but the original feels odd and sad and discomfiting the narrative the lyrics give fit the original better because it fits an awkward break-up. this remix, tho, makes me wanna ride into the sunset on a desert road, never to be seen again

I can relate to this song. There's a girl I knew since I was 11 years old, her name is Savanna, we were good friends and neighbors and we used to play together all the time. 9 years passed since I last saw her. Finally, a few days after hurricane Ian hit, I found her. We talked, we hugged, and exchanged numbers. A few months later, she cut me off, and told her parents I was stalking her. This hurts bad because all I was trying to do was spark up our old friendship. Now she's like somebody that I used to know.

It was pretty much the best pop era, when music was fresh and new; even the remixes or then-modern covers. Pop now is striptease, garbage with the same few chord progressions and tempos; pop _then_ relied on talented groups writing things people hadn't heard before, and even the ripoffs came out with some classics.
