Not long time ago new core range of Glenglassaugh Distillery showed up on the market. I'm gonna have a closer look at first whisky with age mark from this unpopular Higland whisky producer.

Hi Wlad, I have 2 bottles of the limited Octaves releases. One is Billy Walker and the other Rachel Barrie. Both nice. Also have the prayer port version. Nice.

Hi Wlad. I've tried ‘Revival’, ‘Evolution’, and ‘Torfa’. All fun, if a bit immature. A few years ago I asked the brand rep, "When are the age statements coming?". He said, "Shut up and drink your NAS Glenglassaugh! And, yes, there's a 12 YO coming in a few years". And now here we are. I think I'll buy this 12 YO soon. It's $109 Australian, which is kind of reasonable.

Hi Wlad, you mention that you are not sure whether the colour of the whisky has been ajusted. It has not. I'm from Denmark and by law in the Danish market (and German) we have to be informed if colouring has been used. There is no information of colour ajustment on our bottles therefore I'm certain the colour is natural. You also mention that there is no information as to whether chill-filtration has been used. This is just my guess but I don't think it is chill filtered-since is has a great creamy mouthfeel. Thanks for a good review.
