This this property is a diamond in the rough. Guess the owner decided it was best to put money into existing rooms and let buyer do the rest. Needs another bathroom. The fact that it’s 3 bedrooms 1 bath tells you how old the property is. Needs Yard / landscaping, kitchen needs opening up. $995,000 is a bit much.
