(1 HM) I LIKE THE HOME BUT I DON’T LOVE THAT EVERY ROOM SEEMS TO BE VERY CLOSE TOGETHER FOR 1/2 A MILLION. PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS NOW FOR BUYING & RENTING IT SUCKS ☹️. HOWEVER, I LOVE THE BIG ISLAND. AND JUST BECAUSE I LOVE HOME SHOWINGS, I WANTED TO SEE THE PANTRY AS WELL. (2 HM) I LOVE THAT THE MASTER BEDROOM IS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE OTHER ROOMS. ALSO, I LIKE THAT THE LAUNDRY AREA/ROOM IS UPSTAIRS. THANKS FOR SHARING. 💛

Yes, this is located in Palm Beach County. Location is the first factor when considering pricing.
