There was an interview where he said that he wanted both of his fanbases to coexist and he believed it was going well. Which was before the cancel joji thing was a thing on twitter that clearly showed that his newer fans weren't aware of his old persona. People in general bringing up Frank is just really cringey and people hold him onto this pedestal and when he broke character george as himself talked to Frank in the skit like he was a degenerate which was the point of the character.
