If any woman was independent, they disconnect from the power grid, find land. Make your own fabric to make your own clothes, hunt, and process your own meat with the weapons you make. That's independence by true definition.

He finally hammered the nail on the "want/ need" topic. I think this all went over everyone's head and they won't fully understand until their life's "needs" are no longer accessible. Ppl cry in despair when they loose the thing/ person that they need in life, especially if they took them for granted, vs rebounded after loosing a thing/ person they only wanted temporarily. In modern times, we've grown to aspire superficial wants over our needs and later wonder why we're so F-up and lost traditional morals and team building in our society. I believe this puts us in a downward spiral and long-term destruction in human society. How will humans look in 100yrs with this inward mindset?

These kids don't know how to define love in this conversation. In Greek love is defined in five ways: 1:Eros (erotic love) 2:Agapé (Godly love) 3:Philia (Friendship love) 4:Storge (the love of things or affection) 5:Lagneía (Lust) When you're able to break it down, then you'll have a clearer conversation. The English language doesn't have the vocabulary/words to articulate these feelings/actions (aka nouns.) Have a great day 🌞

10:20 The difference between needs and wants is, your wants can change (over time) but your needs are forever. You may want to be doctor when you was little but being a content creator seems to be easiest/ fastest way to put food on the table. You will always need to eat. That will never change. while self-sufficiency and independence share some similarities, they are not the same thing. Self-sufficiency refers to the ability to provide for oneself, while independence refers to the ability to make decisions and act without the influence of others. However, once you’re in a relationship making decisions without the influence of your mate will create issues . Especially if the wife makes important decisions without the head of the family. Why? Because despite what society says, if things go wrong they’ll look at him like “why’d you let this happen? He’s blamed.
