Hey, animator of the revamped version here: The first game may have given you a bad impression (some bugs were apparent), though you won't be disappointed after experiencing the better built, better designed and better scripted version of the 2nd game. And, yes, there is a revamp, although it is not yet complete. It is open for playtesting however.

You should totally should check out the sequel: They Lurk. It only has 6 chapters done out of 7 but its worth checking out + chapter 7 is 40% done. You may also wait for chapter 7 to be created.

To be honest, those who don't like Ryan playing Roblox is... pretty stupid (no offense to anyone but let me explain). As much as there are kids games or meh games on Roblox, there are others that are genuinely fun and enjoyable (Apeirophobia, Doors, Item Asylum, etc), and its good to try new things (or new games in this case) every now and then, you get a new experience from em, and hence more content.

This experience was a huge part of my time on Roblox and it still is. This was the first experience I ever played on Roblox cause I was obsessed with horror and yeah it is just amazing. I hope that this game continues to get attention considering it’s an amazing experience and should be recognized more. Once more. I love this experience and it is genuinely terrifying

I remember playing this game, almost finishing it. Then one morning I woke up and hopped on. I looked at the chapter I was on, but I could not go. I looked at the previous ones, and it turns out I lost all my progress for some reason. After that, I kinda quit this game. But it’s still really fun to watch this video. Thanks, Ryan!

little thing: the generator and elevator level doesn’t lie about the timer, the thing is that the monster is let out once the first generator is turned on. the thing is is that once the timer goes down, the monster can track you down and see you “through walls” so you can be killed before the timer goes off however you *will* die once the timer goes down to 0

There's a sequel called They Lurk made by the same dev, it's scary but one of the chapters (I believe chapter 4) in a tree house is EXTREMELY confusing, so you might wanna look up a tutorial for that one, but def play it!!

Hey Ryan, I love Roblox myself really much so I wanted to recommend a horror game you could possibly play! The Mimic-A Japan based horror game where you start your journey by looking for your friends but through the game’s chapters everything starts to be more and more corrupted by the main monster. The game is very well made and is actually pretty popular on Roblox.

So, not once, not twice, but thrice I've noticed 8-bit Ryan ignore simple instructions in this game. The first instance, instructions are, ignore outside noises. He hears the father and opens the door. He dies. Obvious thing to avoid. 2nd instance, the letter said to wait till button turned green to turn on elevator. He presses it and ignores it for precious seconds, thinking it was supposed to turn on immediately. Third, people on the said to press blue button and THEN press red button. He presses blue button and RUNS to teleprompter WITHOUT pressing red button. Good grief! Not a hater, but oh wow! Love your content, Ryan! Keep up the good work and play the sequel everyone's talking about!

Ever since this game came out, a few years ago, I have LOVED IT TO BITS. The story and gameplay is just something that you can find basically nowhere else on Roblox, and theres a reason why it is so beloved. @@whatthenpc will do! this is gonna be long lol a furry is someone who finds anthropomorphic animal characters interesting/fascinating, examples of anthro animals include walking on 2 legs, wearing clothes, talking, etc, a furry may make a fursona (humanoid animal character) or occasionally dress as such via fursuit (custom animal costume) or online avatar. furries get so much hate because they're misunderstood- one of the most misunderstood hobbies in the world, in fact. people usually think that we're attracted to animals just for owning an animal character- that is false! yes there has been a few of those people... but we do not support them & will kick them out if possible. people also think that we actually think we're animals- that is also false, it is simply a cosplay & we are in character, like how any other cosplayer would be. the furry fandom does have some bad people & some NSFW/inappropriate content, but every fandom thats ever existed has that, the furry fandom has much more good than bad in it. there ya go!

Awesome! You should even check out the Roblox game “They Lurk” it is a great squeal and the story seems to be a bit different on there. But right now Chapter 7 is not out yet so you can wait for that if you want to fully experience the game!

Hey ryan, you should play the game Light Bulb! It's one of my favourite roblox horror games. Make sure to play 'Light Bulb: Reillumination' and not just 'Light Bulb' since Reillumination is the remake. I played the old version years ago and thought that this game was quite unique for roblox. (deep inhale) ive heard so many nostalgic sounds thus far, and yet i don't think anyone has noticed 5 examples listed below: TJOC Beta Bonnie jumpscare for the old version of the living room Bendy and the Ink machine door open sounds Resident Evil 3 footsteps from- CASE Animatronics phone call sound the door bursting open from Fredbear and Friends: Reboot by Rarithlynx (That might be a stock sound)

Lightbulb by Zeekeerss. There's a remake of it now that tries to capture the ambience of the first ( Because due to updates, the code for the original is broken ), but it still does a great job at recreating what is- in my eyes- one of the best horror games on Roblox. (P.S. : Lightbulb actually inspired It Lurks & They Lurk)
