It'd be cool if the dev re-works this (or makes something like this again) and incorporates the pressure changes and dealing with bends. That FORCES the player to take their time and *pause* in the *middle of the deep ocean* while swimming openly. That would be TERRIFYING. And a great mechanic if done right!

I tried scuba diving once. The feeling of suffocation and pure fear was incomparable to any of my previous sensations and I didn't even go that deep. Oh well, time to take another deep dive into that sensation. This may be a horrible experience because of my phobia, but if Ryan is doing it, I will gladly join him.

In the last ending when he said “I do know what to do with myself” I thought he was gonna kill himself. In most horror theme stuff good endings are rare and usually have the most horrible endings ever. The fact he got over the betrayal and the death of his brother and not let that hold him back.

please remember that sharks are not malicious by nature!!! the vast majority of sharks are curious and just hungry little guys who use their teeth and mouth to figure out what the object in front of them is! a shark would not do this, especially the sharks in most horror games and jaws!! stop shark poaching and hunting because they are wrongly feared and pop culture has made the shark population go down over 90% from fear and overfishing. this was a really cool game to watch and water horror is fun!! but remember that real sharks are just some fish trying to survive and don't deserve to be feared and poached.

I have absolute Thallasaphobia. I almost drowned when I was younger (saved by my aunt, bless her) and I've been basically scared of water since. The way that you descend in the darkness, no trace, nobody can hear you or see you nor know that your in danger.. has they pull the cage, they never knew what happened even though they predict the incident.

Ryan, I’ve been watching your vids for a long time by now, and if you really want to increase your phobia then you should play Iron Lung. It’s a pretty good underwater horror game. I would recommend it as it’s has pretty good atmosphere and gives you the fear of the unknown. If you did then tell me how it was playing it for the first time. Or if you haven’t the I would recommend you to play it.
