I have one and I love it. It has killed my interest in 1/10. RCing has always been my alone time so I dont really drive with anyone else and the 6 is so much more fun than any 1/10 Ive ever had, it is my go to. I even bought a used one a while back to try and entice friends to finally go with me. Now I only do large scale stuff.... The SCX6 RUINED ME!!! lol

Great video! Really love the updated front bumper that allows a much more aggressive approach to match the rear. Never understood that kitchen table front bumper of the 10.2 honcho.

There's not much that makes me glad to be divorced, but being able to buy stuff like this without having to explain them to her is absolutely one of them. Reaaaalllly gonna have to get one of these, because while I love the idea of a 1/6th scale crawler, I also really didn't want another Jeep. Absolutely concur on wanting to see some aftermarket parts, it'll be nice to see some decent quality stuff come out if/when that happens.

The scx6 honcho seems to be a lights out attempt from Axial that you don’t need to modify your rig once you pull it out of the box. I think they succeeded and it will be the new baseline in which all RCs are judged (in all scales). Great job Axial & Matt!

I saw a 1/10 in a picture scaled out to look real and before I knew this was the Honcho RC, I was inspired to build the exact Bed Cage from this truck for my full size RAM project, REDRAM. Oddly by extension it is what got me back into RC after researching to find out more about the Bed Cage. 👍

I was waiting to buy the JLU version because I didn't feel ok dropping $1300 (batteries plus the truck) all at once but somehow ok with a new other truck 2-3 times a year... glad I waited, I like the look of this one more. (preordered it this morning)

3BRC anti foams is the way to go . I added weight to my SCX6 jeep and these work phenomenal. Keeps sidewall from rolling

I use my Wraith as a 1/6 scaler. Its had a Jeep, Tacoma and Mustang GT on it. The track width is ideal and the 2.2 tires are proportionaly correct for a modified street legal trail truck.

After 2 years I finally gave in to a SCX10 III JLU, and it's a favorite. My home's rock garden's size and obstacles however are a bit small for 1/6 scale and being the only place this o'l retiree crawls leaves little impetus for the expenditure. A great-looking truck however that I'd surely buy under different conditions.

The SCX6 JLU is my favorite rc vehicle I've had in 30+ years. I have been saying for years I wanted a large scale crawler and Axial gave us one. My lhs called me up and asked if I wanted one the day they found out about it lol. Also, I cannot get enough of your amazing videos and very high quality running videos! I love that I can hear the rc cars over the music still.

I have the SC6. I upgraded the bumpers and the front bumper does take 10 scale electric winch. The winch can pull the sc6 on flat land and looks pretty good I must say.
