This looks fantastic! Looking at this, I feel like we're seeing the future of game graphics. Next step would be to add in more varying weather. Imagine this level of lighting during a windstorm, or heavy fog moving in. Even something subtle as a thunderstorm in the distance could kick it up a notch.

No idea what you guys are talking about. I have read about that ghosting issues with Ray Reconsruction...but i can't see it myself. Not in this video and nether myself ingame. I even watched comparison videos, which look the same for me lol.
