What Is it Like: Dieselnoi In the Gym? Interview with Pi Nu Petchrungruang

With the support of my patrons I was able to bring the Dieselnoi into Petchrungruang Gym in an attempt to put him in direct contact with rising Thai stadium fighters. Pi Nu, the head of the gym, talks here about what it was like to have such a legend come into his gym. It's part of an hour long documentary episode in my Kaimuay Diaries series.

Hi sylvie,new to ur channel and muay thai, How many years will it take it take to make my shin just like ur iron shins if i hit hard things 2-3 times a week??

Everyday. It's less like watering a plant. Gyms with Thai bags are really good, as you train everyday this is how your shins become conditioned
