All the Central and State Government employees and pensioners have been waiting for the announcement of the 8th Central Pay Commission, which will be implemented on 1 January 2026.
This Pay Commission is expected to bring a wide range of benefits in terms of pay scale and retirement benefits. This will not only benefit the government employees but also the military personnel and pensioners. The implementation of the 8th CPC will eliminate the disparity between the salaries of different groups of employees and also help them cope with inflation. Here are more details about the 8th Pay Commission.

8th CPC Salary Increase
For all Central Government employees, the 8th Pay Commission is expected to suggest a revision in the basic salary, which may fall between approximately 25% to 35%. The 8th Pay Commission will also suggest a significant increment in the retirement benefits of up to 30%.

The announcement of the 8th Pay Commission is expected to take place before the general election in 2024. The pay commission is expected to be into effect from 1 January 2026 that will benefit all the central and state government employees, pensioners, and family pensioners.

Banks meun 2017 15 percent aur 2022 mein 17.5 percemt, matlab 10 saal mein 32.5 percent increase hua, humlogo ka 10 saal mein 14.29, usme vi bahut alllowances cut kar dia, so pls all employees be rigid on your demand. Nehi to piche jate jate khai mein gir jayega.

Agar fitment factor 3 ki mil jaye to balle balle lekin aisa hone wala nahi hain and this guy is misleading us like anything. Second no draft has been prepared. कैसे बताया है अपने। अगर फेक्टर 3 गुना है तो 18000 का तीन गुना करो तो 54000 होता है।।।। आपने 21600 किस हिसाब से बताया है जबकि लेवल 1 का बिना वेतन आयोग ही 27000 हो रहा है da को मिलाके।।। अगर वेतन आयोग आता है तो da+बेसिक से ज्यादा ही आता है न कि कम

मोदी सरकार कभी कर्मचारी हितेसी नही रही। उदारहण के लिए आज तक हमेशा जब तक नया वेतन आयोग रिपोर्ट देता हैं तब तक महंगाई भत्ता १००फीसद हो जाता था पर इस वेतन में अभी तक ५०फीसद मुस्किल से हुआ हैं हमेशा वेतन आयोग रिपोर्ट में सभी भत्ते बढ़ते हैं पर मोदी सरकार में मकान किराया भत्ता कम किया गया।और भी कई उदहारण हैं पर क्या करे? सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला पर डिपार्टमेंट इंपैलिमेंट नही करता । हम भी भक्त है पर भक्ति नुकसान भी दे रही हैं।
