Two E85 powered FG2 Civic Si’s face off in the quarter mile at Bradenton Motorsports park. You can see the huge difference TSX cams and a proper header make on the K20z3. My black Civic Si is tuned by me and the Silver Civic Si is tuned by javituned. Soon I plan on upgrading to a full header and getting a retune to try and keep up with the Silver Si. After making some adjustments to my tune after this track day I will be going to run the 1/8 mile this weekend in hopes of going 9.0.

Exedy stage 1.5 with lightweight flywheel I believe

@@staticspeedproductions8087 i was figuring light flywheel cause of how quickly thise RPMs were changing. Full interior too? I know hes got the rear bumper cut to reduce drag. Im trying to teach those times 😂 ive got to practice preloading too i never do it lol we will all be out there this saturday night too so definitely want to get some more runs in with you guys its gonna be a fun night 👍

Yessir high rpm wot 2 step with a preload is the best way to launch these cars if you wanna save your axles lol. Also we both had all seats besides the driver removed as well as the spare, Jack, and floor mats. Saves 120 pounds on the 8th gens probably more on the 9th

Upgraded master and slave cylinders and make sure your shifter cables aren’t stretched and also make sure your metal clutch pedal bracket isn’t flexing. That’s a super common problem that WILL happen to your 8th Gen it’s just a matter of time I had to get mine re-welded

@@staticspeedproductions8087 I have all these things done except the shifter cables. I can shift into second no grinds it just takes a little more time for the shifter to go in. Thanks for the tip

Friends, my car is the same as yours and it has no engine tuning. on the dyno it gave 191hp 139 torque and 1/8 ran 9.4 76mph and after 3th the clutch did not grab

Definitely recommend upgrading to stage 1.5 clutch if you’re staying all motor or action stage 3 if you’re eventually going nitrous or boost. It will do the trick. Very good 1/8 mile time for no tuning at all. Driver mod for days 💪🏻

@@staticspeedproductions8087 If for now it is stock internal since I am building a k24a2 turbo for 800hp and also the transmission to support the power. I will change the flywheel and the clutch for the same one with the flywheel 10lb clutch stage 3 since it has been mounted for almost 3 years it is xtr Racing and it is very good
