I think that from Moon lagna also you have to check this 8th lord effects. In my own life I have seen this. In my chart from Moon lagna(capricorn) 8th lord Ravi is posited in 5th house and my education suffered , and it was difficult for me to complete graduation even though I have a very high I.Q. From Ascendant (virgo) my 8th lord Mars sits in 7th house and my marriage survived with great difficulty and my reputation also suffered. But marriage survived because Jupiter is in Ascendant. The main observation for research is I did not have problem with child births( I have 8th lord and 6th lord conjunct in 5th house, but 6th lord Mercury is also 9th lord Virgo in my natal chart.) . And yes, kundalini I have great spiritual experiences of Kundalini rising. So , I recommend, to check horoscope from Moon lagna as well. And also let me know how to take consultation with you .

The qualities of 8th house improves. Long life, and all good and bad results shall be felt. Depends what is the planet. Also where it is sitting in your D1 chart. That house will exhibit the results of the 8th lord.

Wow! Yes I suffered a heart attack last year, but I eat veggies, fruits etc. I don't use drugs, smoke, so It was odd, but they said due to my diet was why I survived.

Depends upon your ascendant. For certain ascendants 8th lord is not bad. Here the qualities of 8th will get transferred to the 4th and the qualities of 4th gets transferred to 8th.

Here there is an exchange of Mer and Sa in each other’s sign. The 4h will suffer and 8h will prosper. When they are friendly to each other the intensity of damage will decrease.
