For whatever it is worth, thank you so much for indicating room sizes in both metres and feet. I never did learn to think distance in metric, and almost nobody includes an imperial conversion. Cheap but quality materials, cheap efficient labor, but most of all, an unsaturated housing market, which means there are a lot of properties for sale, which in turn keeps material prices low.

I'm on the west coast of USA shopping for a new built house or modular. One company I know of in our area would build this design for about 700k usd. A basic 1500sqf rectangle box stick built with minimal upgrades costs 300$/ sq ft.

Great design.... HOWEVER.... these prices are deceptive. Or are for some other country..... In the US - only the windows will cost about 15 K, Not to mention the porch - about 5K, Roof - no less than6 K...And if you believe that yiu cab build a concrete foundation for less than 12K - ....you must be a bit naive. I am being conservative....So far there is no money left for walls, electrical, bathrooms...etc. A small house like this will be about $90,000. Seriously - try not to play with peoples hopes....

@@realhousedesignideas OK… Fair enough then please specify that because most American viewers are excited to see that you are citing American dollars and that is the deceptive part you must specify that this is specific to your own country. Because in the United States things have become extremely terrible in terms of pricing.…… Otherwise I just love your ideas obviously they’re fantastic
