You can tell when she first walked through the fire holding the gun he was thinking "Where TF did Buck get a gun???" cuz Buck's the only person crazy enough to do that.:P ANd then the helmet comes off and - nope, the crazy heroic one is his wife.

Not only that but he had just talked to Buck about that very thing not that long again and here he was doing it again. That is until he saw it was Athena 👮🏾♀️ his wife. I don't know why he didn't know that I guess it was because they had just had a big fight and he did same maybe this or it's not working. Be careful what you say in the heat of the moment? .

“I needed to get my partner back.” Loved how this was seemingly in response to Bobby telling her in the last episode that they weren’t partners because she wanted it that way…And also the parallel with episode 2 of him coming to get her and saying he “always” would, and now her saying it….love them and this entire scene.

@@MsQuartermaine I also noticed when they were apologizing, and talking about what it was like for him when she was attacked. It was like it was flipped around at the end cause she was experiencing feeling what it was like to have her husband being attacked by someone and the potential of losing him. They both got to experience the feeling of almost losing each other.
