I think it’s the writing, they so quick kill characters of the show and don’t develop other firefighters story line like season 1-4 of 911

I think its the focus on Owen. Like I loved his character at first but every single episode revolves around Owen, not the team as individuals. Its Owen doing all the dangerous rescues and is the focal point of most episodes even when the story is supposed to be about other characters. 9-1-1 Bobby is clearly the captain and is present in all episodes and engaging but the storylines include the whole team. In lonestar the story starts off with another character but its always either related to Owen or he saves the day. With 9-1-1 Bobby gives advice but he's not even present in some of the storylines, or if he is its equal to other members of the team. I think if lone star just cut down on the Owen plots slightly it would become more like 9-1-1 and the fanbase would start to like Owen more again

@@clairelouise3591 you are 100% right! Sadly i don't see that happening tho. Rob Lowe is the show runner and his son is a writer... soo more Owen incoming. Ratings will continue to drop until they cancel the show, sadly! The other characters on LS are so great!

@@clairelouise3591 100% agree, its just too much of Owen's plot and cock-blocking other characters to shine. Its like having Owen centric episodes or other characters which ends up Owen saves the day or coincidentally involves Owen... its really getting annoying and the fans see it. The ratings and viewership of the show is undoubtedly dropping. We came here for all characters (especially Tarlos) not only for Owen.

anna Bradley but didn't deserved it. It was Maddie's choice to leave not Bucks. And not just that. After he punched he won't answer Buck's calls while he was also worried about his sister and then Chimney say cruel things about him on the phone with Hen. And yes, i know when he said that he was gonna kill him he didn't really mean it but it was still cruel after he punched him and ignoring his calls.

I hope they both come back to LA f😭

@@Ghet104 but the thing is Buck also knew about what happen to Jee. He could have told Chim about it not let Chim find out through a hospital bill that his own daughter was at the ER. To me its 50/50 on the punch thing. Yes Buck did what his sister told him but not telling Chim about what happen to Jee is a different story period. No father would want to find out through a bill that something happen to his own daughter and he didnt know about. I know violence is not the answer but Chim was in an emotional state. Maddie up and left and left Jee at the firestation doesnt answer his calls and then come to find out his daughter was in the ER and he doesnt have an answer.

Emotions were running high. Let’s not condemn him forever over it.
