Love these videos! I used to have to take a nap after work everyday, then I started taking chelated magnesium and vitamin D3 + K2. Now I don't need to take a nap and it keep me going for the day. I take iit at lunch so it gets me through the after work time. Also, something to help with the light in your office, we changed to LED lights which give off a white light vs a yellow light. It makes a huge difference!
