I agree with HenBont around 1930s i grew up in Rochdale from 3 years old i was born 59

Very interesting film. I would also guess 1930's due to the clothes and hairstyles.

At 3.32, there's a tram, so if this is Rochdale, it has to be 1932 or before

think your right i was born 59 and grew in Rochdale the only thing i really recognized was town centre the buses were white when i was little as they were run by the council
