Here is my high maintenance for low maintenance: top of the line UV filter tint for my car window, whole home water filter, skincare & spf, giving my teeth 10 minutes of attention per night. No smoke alcohol or drugs. Tada.

It's so great to see you 💝 and yeah, Botox is my biggest high maintenance so I can be low-ish maintenance thing! I've been seeing the same doc (irregularly) for 16yrs; her work is beautifully understated 🙏

You should check out Dazzle Dry nail polish. It's the only nail polish that stays looking good for at least a full week and it doesn't damage my nails. Oh, and it dries super fast!

I love all your ideas but I would really closely monitor your thyroid because I think botox is really bad for thyroid.
