I'm from China in a province called Shan Dong and there's this park beside my apartment and every morning, everynight, and EVERYTIME I visit the park, there's alwayssss A LOT of old people dancing to the traditional music!! 😊❤ 谢谢！！

as a Chinese, the fact that its rude to finish all your food is rude is because we think it means you have no food at home or you don't want to waste your money on that, so you eat the stuff other people bought you. It also means you dosn't want them to eat too much

I was born in China and I have never heard of this idk abt thailand but I was always encouraged to finish given food, plus we have a bowl of rice and then some dishes we can get a small bit from so we have no plates at all (from my experience) so there was no plates in the end to finish anyway and I don't see how finishing the rice in your bowl would be rude either considering refills. Just a little confused on this.
