IC pasmo is a prepaid card like your debit card for every ride you get charged and you have to top-up again, but 3 days pass gives you unlimited rides on selected lines.

mota mota counter :P On a serious note, why is NOC required for visa? A self employed individual won't have a NOC because he/she is not employed by any organisation.

So you get a bmobile physical sim at the biccamera shop at Narita airport. Cost is 2970 yen for 7 GB data plan
